Optisense Network Inc is preparing to enter production of proprietary electro optical voltage sensor systems (15kV to 35kV). In addition, planning is in process to design complementary current and power sensor systems. Technical positions are available for people possessing educational backgrounds and experience in the following disciplines: Electro Optic Crystals, Digital Signal Processing, Internet protocols, SCADA, analog electronics, high voltage packaging and National Instruments lab view software based testing.  

Job Descriptions 

1. Technician/Associate Engineer

   Education: Technical school training in electro optic or electrical engineering.

   Experience: Production of electro optic components

2. Fiber Optic Design Engineer

   Education: PhD Electro Optics or MS/BS Engineering with four years experience

   Experience: Provide technical expertise and leadership in the optical design, fab, and test of electro optic components for use in fiber optic sensor systems

3. Electrical Engineer

   Education: MS Electrical Engineering or BS EE with four years experience

   Experience: Design, production, testing of analog/digital hardware, experience in Texas Instruments TMS 320 series software and National Instruments Lab View software.

4. Mechanical Engineer

   Education: MS Mechanical engineering or BS with four years experience.

   Experience: Outdoor & Indoor Packaging, non metallic product design and Auto Cad (preferable Inventor) 

Part time positions may be considered. Candidates with related experience are preferred. Salary offers commensurate with education and experience.
