Stephen Prince, CEO

Stephen Prince, Chief Executive Officer of OptiSense Network, LLC, an optical sensor engineering firm located in North Texas, has more than 25 years of finance and executive management leadership experience – including assignments as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Global Sales Channels Management, and Practice Leader for such market leaders as Oracle, Edison Enterprises, SAIC, Alliance Data and a number of high-growth technology companies.

Stephen specializes in acquisitions, revenue growth, strategic sourcing, and vertical-specific solutions and has a highly successful track record of turning around difficult assignments and building strong management teams.

Stephen has extensive international experience in India, Philippines, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Europe, Japan and Russia. He has created substantial competitive advantage for his companies through driving margin growth, expanding market penetration through channel partners, and multiple go-to-market initiatives.

Holding a master’s in taxation with a specialization in risk management, Stephen has successfully guided large organizations through times of market turbulence and transformation with this strong financial, strategic, and performance management experience.

Stephen and his wife, Karen, are active leaders in their faith and enjoy life with their four children and cocker spaniel, Rosie.

Trey Beasley, Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Trey Beasley, P.E., MBA, and Vice President of Sales & Business Development, has more than 20 years of experience in Engineering, Business Development and Product Management.

Prior to joining OptiSense, Trey held senior roles in TXU (now TXU Energy), Oracle, and Alliance Data. At TXU, he developed and managed 13 products for the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Transitioning to non-regulated markets, Trey joined Alliance Data’s Utilities SBU where he was responsible for strategic alliances with utilities seeking to outsource customer information systems (CIS). Expanding his expertise, Trey joined Oracle Utilities where he was responsible for developing strategic alliances and partnerships worldwide for CIS, demand side management (DSM), and automated metering solutions.

Trey is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and an inventor with 3 patents related to power delivery methods. He is fluent with all aspects of transmission, distribution, AMI, and Smart Grid initiatives.

Mr. Beasley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA, and a Masters of Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. Trey is a Texas state-finals tennis player and parent of three children.

Phil Davis, Vice President of Engineering

Phil Davis, E.E. / MBA is Vice President of Engineering for OptiSense optical current and voltage sensor products. Formerly a senior engineering manager with CISCO Systems, Phil was instrumental in the development of CISCO’s 4th Generation WiMAX solution and the development of a dual-concurrent 802.11a/b/g/n outdoor Wi-Fi Access Point – a design that has the best coverage and throughput of any product in the marketplace.

Prior to joining OptiSense, Phil held senior operations, manufacturing, and design engineering positions at Navini Networks and Nortel Networks. While at Nortel, he received the Wireless Networks Award of Merit for Innovation for his work with CDMA, TDMA and UMTS Base Station Controller development.

An MBA and holder of two U.S. Patents, Phil has served as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Logic Design at Richland College in Dallas, Texas.

Dennis Britt, Vice President of Operations

Dennis Britt is Vice President of Operations for OptiSense, directing the operations team in the manufacturing, procurement and testing of optical current and voltage sensor products. A Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) professional with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Dennis brings 30 years of experience in operations and supply chain management with Optical manufacturing organizations.

Dennis has experience in both small start-up companies such as D4D Technologies and large organizations such as Sanmina-SCI and Alcatel where he has managed staffs of up to 400.

He has led organizations to both ISO and TL certifications as well as implementing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices. Dennis received the Horizon award from the Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) for outstanding innovation in D4D technologies.

Dennis holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dennis has four children and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
